@CatBearThing Yes, But before taking them you need to have sex with a person like me. I’ll make your bed rock really. I can work on your butt for like 5-6 hours continuesly.

@WhiteTigerRevenge i would not recommend n.o xplod for many health reason which pretty much fucks you over on the long run pretty bad. be carefull of what u take of course and the best way to build muscle is by the healthy way for example “take ur pre supplements which most products are full of caffein and sugers or stimulants which are pretty much not good at all for many reasons .1 get use to it 2 bad for liver and many digestive systems in ur body ECT. try to keep to natural!

@bustatenkemo76 I’m new to body building, I want to try taking nitric oxide pre work out like NO explode etc. Then after the workout take creatine monohydrate, then after dinner take protein? I’m skinny only 5’7″ 130 lbs I want to get bigger badly and willing to try anything. Eating more doesn’t work for me & every program I’ve looked into is always about fat people trying to lose weight. I feel very out of place.

  6. bustatenkemo76 says:

@WhiteTigerRevenge well what kind of pre workout supplement are you planing on taking ??

  7. Megamusclebuilding says:

Unfortunately there are too many bad supplements on the market today mostly because they contain to much sugar. Go for the ones which get results not the ones which taste best

  8. BIG3eM says:

what about amino acids like just on their own? and also pre work outs? and if someone is taking protein, creatine, amino acids and preworkout…how can someone fit that all in?

  9. CatBearThing says:

    can women use these products?

  10. hipcrio2 says:

@muratshawn, I think you’ve seen too many films. But actually statistically criminals usually have high testosterone levels and therefore should find it easier to build muscle.

  11. WhiteTigerRevenge says:

Can someone please answer this question, is it good to take pre-workout supplements before you work out, then afterwards drink creatine??? I plan on taking those 2 and protein after 1 meal. Thank you for the video it was helpful!

  12. The187Legacy says:

@muratshawn hahha never thought of that but just look at it they aint got nuthin else to do

  13. muratshawn says:

u know whats funny….people who go to jail for 2-5 years come out like pro body builders with lean cut muscles…..and they only have 3 meals a day…no supplements, no protein shake, no creatin, no vitamins…and probably workout every day with pretty much the same weights and limited equipment .
Bottom line, if u got good genes…u can build super nice muscles without any supplement…..just by eating right and normal….

so it makes u wonder, whats the point of all these supplements?

  14. mcottingame says:

What is the creotine monohydrate that you use called

  15. pnutbutrncrackers says:

Well-done, and I appreciate your bringing some clarity to the almost impenetrable fog that is the supplements industry. The only suggestion I would make is to specifically address those of us who are not into ‘bodybuilding’ per se, but are, for example, crossfiters seeking a more ‘functional fitness’ interested in toning, fat loss, and some growth, but not big-time mass. It’s surprising how overlooked that segment of the fitness world is.

    whey is food..
    not supplements.

  21. hunterz2006 says:

very good but the only thing I would say is taking multi-vitamin tablets isnt always beneficial as having too much can be very bad for the body. Just eat more fruit and veg as its natural

  22. MrHulkbd says:

    Thx for the info.

  23. danbeauty1 says:

Definitely Tribestan is the original and the best for years. Had it from main Supplier at Tribestanuk.co.uk. Cheapest around. And they post world wide.

Tribestan is the original, there are so many brands out there that have jumped on the band waggon, Tribestan is awesome! apparently used by JAY CUTLER!!
