    @Cr3amy To finish you would have a small healthy snack in the evening. The diet I was following is very similar to Weight Watchers. With this I was doing about 30 minutes of intense cardio on either a bike or eliptical trainer for the first month or so. After this I also added running to my exercise. I have now fallen in love with running that I’m running my first half marathon (21 KM) in May. Also it’s good to treat yourself at least once a week without overdoing it.

    @Cr3amy Sorry for taking so long to respond but I don’t usually check my YouTube account that often. The secret I think is to still eat all the foods you usually eat (as long as they were healty) but in moderation. The major thing is to have a good breakfast. If you start off on the wrong foot in the morning then you are doom. So how I did it was have a good breakfast, healthy snacks in between (i.e. raw vegies, fruit), good lunch, snacks in between and then smaller dinner.

    not clean socks! black socks! you know: block socks, they never get dirty, the longer you ware them the stronger they get. sometimes i think i should wash then, but something inside me keeps saying, NOT YET, Not Yet, not yet…

    I like to dance when I’m cleaning, I get my music playing on my laptop, and dance while doing the dishes, sweeping my floors, it takes longer, but I’m multitasking and making it more fun, so it’s ok. :D

    Snow is awesome workout, especially if you’re just starting out, cause all you have to do is walk in it and you’ll get out of breath :P Depending on how deep it is of course.

    Because of shay i’ve also decided to join the wagon! So yesterday i’ve decided to join to gym (which is expensive as hell!) and now my upper body is sooo sore because I use the machine that you lift that works like a barbel and at that gym there’s a lot of types of that machine so i decided to try them all. BAD IDEA! I’ve used it like 20 mins. but at that time my body doesnt hurt at all and now, oowww
