@barbcomm Coconut oil can solidify or liquefy depending on your climate. Here in Florida, my coconut oil is usually a liquid year-round, but in the winter it turns solid in the jar. You can easily “melt” it without losing any of its nutritional value by placing its container in a pan of warm water. It liquefies pretty quickly for use in recipes! :)

  8. barbcomm says:

Is the coconut oil cold pressed a liquid because all I can find is a white solid?
    Thanks.

  17. mariaperiwinkle says:

@hajima45 i think the olive oil might give it a funny flavor, since it’s a sweet dish, but you could try

  18. mariaperiwinkle says:

@chibibrusselsprout5 use agave nectar:) also there’s a coconut nectar out but i have never tried it

  19. TheLoserKingdom says:

@chibibrusselsprout5 Perhaps some sort of butter (non dairy like coconut butter). You might like to sweeten it a bit though.
