    @genghisgirl While most of what you say is certainly true. It takes alot more than just 10 minutes a day to get any kind of real result in any kind of measurable time period. Yeah if your a couch potato and skipped gym class your entire school carreer and your on a deskjob now you might have trouble with these excercises. But don’t expect any real definition or tone to come from this. Thats why u need 4x and diet. This is a good warmup though :)

    @BrutusAlbion A good workout is defined by individual effort and it’s not the same for everyone. A person working out next to me who may have half the skill as me and do half the movements as I’m doing may be getting the same exact benefits that I’m getting with a so-called “advanced” workout because they’re working to their personal limit. A lot of people can benefit from a workout like this, especially if they don’t have an active lifestyle.

    That’s not tough at all. Do that 4x after each other and THEN u might have something which resembles a workout.

    Going to be morning routine for 4 weeks… Starting weight=140lbs I’ll let u know how much I lose at the end of my challenge :)

    @THwildchildJB The amount of calories burned is highly individualized. It depends on your height & weight, your physical makeup, and the intensity that you’re working out. The most important thing is to work up a good sweat and put in your best effort. Losing weight is 90% diet, so eat clean and move around every day :)
