Hey!! I’m 16 and I weight about 47kg and obviously I’m terribly underweight! I do not have time to work out cuz my school starts at 8 and ends at 3 and then I’d have to study and then go home and sleep!! So i was just wondering, is there any way I can kinda slip in some exercises for abs, chest and arms in between my routine? Pus, what kind of food can I eat to gain more weight?
This is all for guys! What about women? I’m 24 year old woman, I’m 1,68m and I weigh around 47 or 48 kg. I have a very hard times gaining weight, are these tips good for me too?
Btw, if two people eat the same amount but one is naturally skinny, the other is naturally fat.

I am not fat at all and I need to put more weight on, you need to put much more weight on. See a doctor
Thanks man for this video im a fighter and im 6’1 inch tall at 170 lbs and ive been trying really hard to build muscle and get to 180 lbs but its very hard but now im going to try new things and see if i achive my goal thanks agin.

1=im a skinny guy,a school student age 17teen,i have rice,chicken,bread,vegetables,fruit like apple,from what i got,do u know how to build my diet menu for 8 times a day ?
2=about workout,i have no problem about that,i can do it,but all i need
is from workout like push up,how we can boost rapidly growth our muscle ?
3=i want to see the result in only 4 weeks,can u do that ?
@MuscleGain hey dnt lift weights at age of 15…..u,ill get too mch short..believe me..i hav a frnd he stard doing weight lifting at 15 hess too mch short nw…swear…dn do dis……jst dooo chin ups….it will help u increase ur body lenght…..do weight lifting at age of 17/18..ok buddy

i was once very skinny but then i started going to the gym and lift heavy weights in which helped me gain muscle and my body is way bigger and now that i took a time off at the gym i slimmed down alittle but not im not like before…it works but you really have to be dedicated to the gym and eat alot at the same time.
@PlayStationPoper I guess do alot of swimming workouts. I know that people with spine problems swim cause its a workout but doesnt strain your joints like heavy weights do

i am nearly 17 and 5’7 135lbs how can i gain weight and muscle and what should my workouts be? because im clueless xD

what can u say with me im 45kilo..? i can lift 55 kilos of rice and even more if i would just imagine and throw my fears.
