I don’t agree in giving up meats. Our problem is moderation and the fact that we don’t eat enough vegetables and legumes. I buy only 100% grass fed beef. No antibiotics, no grains no growth hormones. There is nothing wrong with it. It has more vitamins that some fish without the toxins. Eat it with salads and other veggies for a complete meal, even low in fat. My family eats meat everyday and most are well in to their 90′s, with low blood pressure, low cholesterol, no health issues at all .

@abcasd1 According to a recent investigation conducted in japan, most jap families are lying. Even though their relatives died many years ago, they don’t inform their government of their relatives’ death. In so doing, they can continue to claim pension from the japanese welfare authority.

@SophistAssassin Exactly. Fish contains organic mercury that has strong affinity with the central nervous system.. After eating fish, a person’s serum mercury concentration will increase within 5 days.

Correlation, but not causation. Fish is often pointed to as important primarily due to Omega-3. The two best sources of Omega-3 are Flax and Walnuts. Fish is third (Salmon). Aside from Salmon and Sardines, Soy is another good source better than some fish. As someone mentioned before, fish is loaded with heavy metals and industrial chemicals. These toxins continue to build up over the years.

Google the recent study “Toxins Found in Whales Bode Ill for Humans.”

@allykale777 Congratulations Ally! I transitioned from a meat, dairy, and egg eater to a vegan all in one day. It has made me way more healthy. I feel better and look better. My next goal is a RAW VEGAN!

  11. 777TylerJB says:

@Redeemedsinner17 Lol are you joking? Most fish is contaminated with all sorts of junk. Anything not on land is bad for the human body. Omega fatty acids can be obtained from a vegan diet If you are healthy and don’t eat saturated fats, drink alcohol, free of toxins, etc.

  12. 777TylerJB says:

@conimahoni Lots of people eat candy too. Does that mean it’s good for you? Come on man use your common sense.

Thank you so much Dr Klaper for deciding not to pursue anaesthesiology. Had you not made that decision perhaps a lot of people would still be allowing their bodies to be graveyards for dead animals. Know that you are Respected and Admired!

That’s not what he was intimating. It was poorly said. He said, “most everybody you drew blood from would have fat in their bloodstream. I took that to mean that most likely those people who had lunch or dinner at the Burger King had probably eaten something else fatty before that because they almost always eat that way, so at any given time, you could probably draw blood from them and find it. That’s what he meant. Carefully listen to the video again. Other than that, I completely agree.
