    @MajorSimon
    You are to young at the moment to make any real assessments. I remember when I was your age, I had chicken arms and chicken legs and man boobs and a big stomach. I was big in all the wrong places. When I turned 16/17, I had a lot of growth spurts and started gym, now I have a very muscular physique. Just wait at least until you are 16 to make any real progress. Also, weights won’t hurt your bones, just make sure you don’t do too much of it. Sleeping if fine any, but night is prefered

  17. CheesecakeFarini says:

    uhh you are not 11%. You are alot lower than that. I would say probably like 9%.
    You should try using Hydrostatic or DEXA scans to measure that. Calipers have a margin of error which can account erroneous results. They are good but not that great.

    @Janet1133 this might be a little late but anyway to reply to your question: do you think 7 weeks of muscle built will completely disappear in 2 weeks? You might not get your 100% results with the 2 week recovery but imo 80-90% of still is really great. Besides, life happens. You shouldnt be too worried. I hope you continued from where you left off :)
